本案业主为教师家庭，是业主的改善住房，男女业主喜欢的风格差异较大，女业主喜欢色彩靓丽并且充满活力生机的家居空间，而男业主则喜欢极简黑白灰冷峻的都市风，这两种风格很难融合，最后我们商讨出软装色系方面还是以女业主喜好为主，而硬装呈现则结合现代简约风的设计手法，最终才有了这套绿意盎然的现代休闲风作品……

2.原餐厅占比扩大，入户添置餐边柜功能
3.将客厅阳台纳入客厅使用，将无敌江景引入客厅
4.原空调机位内缩，将生活阳台功能纳入主卧外的阳台空间，并且取消原中间隔墙，让阳台与客厅完全相通
5.主卫面积缩小，使用壁挂盆和墙排马桶，多出的空间给主卧增加一组长衣柜
6.女儿房内增添一组U型衣帽间，房间吊顶下方加一组长条书柜收纳
7.南小房间，倚靠原飘窗做出一组榻榻米收纳，与客卫墙体内凹设计，增添一组衣柜，让这个房间功能齐全
