负一楼位于地面以上带有两个私人车位，独立入户玄关、一个司机卧室、一个保姆房、一个洗衣房两个小茶室和一个公卫，可供家政人员以及司机保姆的生活活动空间比较舒适，方便。
一楼功能有厨房，两个餐厅，其中一个餐厅在露台做成了阳光房，可供饭后以及下午茶使用，客厅区域有设计了儿童滑滑梯，平时可与孩子们互动，客厅阳台区域也可供儿童玩具区使用。
二楼错层区域一半是挑空，一半是瑜伽室和按摩房，后期可改为次卧使用，增加空间的利用度。以及配备了一间游戏方，也可做书房使用。
二楼做了两间套房，一间主卧，主卧室配备了独立卫生间带浴缸，以及独立的衣帽间和专为女主人配备了化妆间，主卧阳台区域可放置躺椅，睡前可阅读使用。另外一间是儿童房，也配备了独立衣帽间以及私卫，卧室空间比较充足所以也设计了儿童玩耍区域。
三楼区域的功能更丰富一些，配置了一个次卧带衣帽间外，还有一个独立的娱乐室，因为业主喜欢台球，所以这间功能有台球室，水吧台，以及影音室的功能。
