The owner likes this grounded atmosphere, which is convenient and full of humanity. She hopes that this small house will allow her working alone in Nanjing to have a warm and comfortable energy box. 因为原有户型承重墙的原因，再加上老房子墙体改造岌岌可危，我们在平面格局上没有做大的改动，而是充分利用每一个空间，并让彼此之间产生关联。根据业主的生活习惯及爱好来规划空间。 Because of the original load-bearing walls, and the wall reconstruction of the old house is in jeopardy, we did not make major changes in the layout, but made full use of each space and let each other be related. Plan the space according to the owner's lifestyle and hobbies.
玄关处利用原有户型墙体的凹洞，进门左侧做了较浅的收纳柜以及挂衣架。右侧是鞋柜和常用包柜。空间不大，但柜体容量足够。色彩上选用黑色的进口壁纸来做空间关系的调和，拒绝大白墙。 At the entrance, a shallow storage cabinet and a hanger were made on the left side of the door by using the recess in the original apartment wall. On the right are the shoe cabinets and common lockers. The space is not large, but the cabinet capacity is sufficient. Black imported wallpaper is used in color to reconcile the spatial relationship, and the large white wall is rejected.
起居室是整个空间中承载功能最多的区域。开放式的厨房与餐桌，让做饭的人与餐桌的人可以沟通对话；眼神交流。业主喜欢下厨房，也喜欢约朋友到家里小聚，每次将五颜六色、热气腾腾的食物端到餐桌上，她特别有成就感。 The living room is the area with the most functions in the entire space. Open kitchen and dining table, so that people who cook can communicate with people at the table; eye contact. The owner likes to go to the kitchen, and likes to invite friends to meet at home. Every time she brings colorful and steamy food to the dining table, she is particularly fulfilled.
原有户型的厨房与客餐厅是分隔开的。这样不通透且封闭了南北空气对流；起居室自然采光也大大减弱。这个与家人沟通交流最多的地方，反而变成一个“闷罐子”。于是我们将空间舒展，做了开放式厨房。 The original kitchen is separated from the guest dining room. This is opaque and closes the north-south air convection; the natural light in the living room is also greatly reduced. This place with the most communication with family members has turned into a "boring jar". So we stretched the space and made an open kitchen.
主卧室和阳台联通，为了采光和通风，分隔区域做了书架。书架旁边一张躺椅，立个落地灯，便成为一个安静的读书角。床头背景是进口的大花壁纸，卧室选用的都是氛围灯，根据每个使用场景，来安排照明。卧室没有装电视而是直接用白墙替代投影幕布。 The main bedroom is connected to the balcony. For lighting and ventilation, the separated area is made of bookshelves. A deck chair next to the bookshelf and a floor lamp set up as a quiet reading corner. The bedside background is imported big flower wallpaper, and the bedroom uses atmosphere lamps, according to each use scene, to arrange lighting. There is no TV in the bedroom but the white wall is used instead of the projection screen.
